We wanted to make you aware of various scams targeting exhibitors and attendees at conferences.
- WFC does not furnish attendee lists to solicitors for re-sale and will never allow third-party vendors access to your information. Any solicitations received via email to purchase an attendee list are fraudulent. If you receive any solicitations related to the sale or distribution of information pertaining to our registrants, please notify us.
- For your privacy and protection, WFC also wants you to be aware that fake websites pretending to be the WFC registration website, AV, booth equipment rental, and host hotels have surfaced this year. These website operators are attempting to get your personal information and money for registration and housing.
- The official hotels for the WFC meeting are the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, Residence Inn Seattle Downtown/Convention Center. Please avoid scams and book directly with the host hotels.
- The official and only website for the WFC is https://wfc2024.fisheries.org/.
- The official registration provider for WFC is XCD.
- The official trade show decorator is Fern.
- The official AV provider is On Service.
